Instructions for L.K.G Admission Session 2021 – 2022

1. Child should be 4 year by 31st march 20…… will be eligible for L.K.G Admission.
2. If your child is not within the age limit mentioned above, he/she will not be considered for admission (there will not be no relaxation in the age limit).
3. Name and Date of Birth should be written correctly in the Application Form. No alteration will be permitted at the time of admission or thereafter. Any change made in the name or date of birth will lead to cancellation of admission.
4. Name of the Child, Parents Name and Surname given in the Birth Certificate only will be considered admission. If the name and surname given in the Application Form does not correspond with the Birth Certificate, the Application Form will be considered in complete and will not be considered for admission.
5. If the Form is incomplete and any information given in it is found incorrect, the form will be rejected.
6. If the Management comes to know at the time of admission and even thereafter of any unfair means used by you to procure admission, the admission will automatically be cancelled and claim of refund for any fee paid will be considered.
7. The Application Form charges are non-refundable and submission of does not guarantee admission.
8. No teacher of the school is allowed to coach or enter into any monetary / gift transaction with parents desirous of seeking admission into the school. Any case of this nature will stand automatically disqualified for admission.
9. This form duly filled should by deposited at the reception Counter. Parents are requested not to take the form home / out of the school.
10. Attach the following documents along with Application Form and submit it in the office today itself:
    • Latest photo of the child along with parents taken in the month of November 20… (to be pasted in the space provider)
    • An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
    • Baptism Certificate for Christians and Catholics.
    • Income statement of the family.
    • Residence proof (Ration Card Voter I-card/Valid Driving License/ BSNL Landline telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill etc).
    • Single Parents: Suitable supporting documentation indicating the custody of the child by the applicant, e.g.: Divorce papers/ Court order/ death certificate etc…

Admission and Withdrawal of Pupils

1. The Principal reserves the right of accepting or refusing any child who seeks admission to this school.
2. No pupil will be admitted to this school unless her/his parent or guardian submits a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended by the pupil duly countersigned by the education authorities of the Concerned state/board for classes I and X and attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
3. At the time of Registration of the pupil, the parent is required to submit to the school office a certified copy of the pupil’s Birth Certificate from the Registrar of Birth and death/Municipal Corporation for classes L.K.G and U.K.G.
4. The date of birth, certified to be correct at the time of admission will not be altered on any account.
5. Parents who wish to withdraw their ward must notify to the principal in writing, (form is availble in the office) of the pupil. Those who are leaving after the academic session should inform in the month February or fee for the first quarter will have to be paid.
6. The school authrities reserve the right to dismiss those pupils from the school whose conduct is harmful tot he school discipline or to other students and those who indulge in bullying, in any violence or repeatedly breaking pupil’s code of conduct.
7. A pupil’s name may be struck off from the School Register if she/he is absent from the school for more than 06 days without the Principal’s prior permission. If he/she wishes to re-join the school, he/she will have to fulfill the conditions for admission like a new pupil.
